Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.

The item must be returned with any original packaging, if applicable.

Proof of purchase may be required.
Please note that used books may show normal signs of wear as described in the product listing. Returns based solely on expected wear consistent with the product description may not qualify as defective returns.

Return Shipping
A return shipping label is included with eligible return shipments at no additional cost to the customer.
There are no restocking fees for returned items.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning the product so we can assist you with the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing may take up to 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
