Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (Pacific Time)

Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Transit Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, estimated transit time is:

  • 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday)

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within:

  • 3–5 business days

Delivery estimates are calculated using processing time plus shipping transit time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates directly through the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Prime Chapters is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or experiences an unusual delay, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate solution when applicable.
